First Steps of the Project

During January-March of 2017 a research will be conducted where seniors, multipliers and stakeholders will be interviewed in all four partner countries. The main aim of the research is to clarify barriers and learn more about views of the senior citizens on technology, to develop understanding of the multipliers learning needs and to find out institutional capacities of the adults’ education institutions.

Results of the research will help to set out a number of ways in which the project partners can look and develop working practices of wider use of technology among people over the age 65. Moreover, the findings of the research will be also utilized to develop training curricula for the multipliers to educate senior citizens by the use of tablets.

Next steps include:

  • Creating a learning concept for multipliers
  • Creating a curriculum
  • Develop learning materials for multipliers and senior citizens
  • Develop a qualification for multipliers
  • Test the qualification and improve the developed outputs

We will keep you up to date with the latest development of our project.
